Baby it's cold outside! The world is still going crazy, and spring can feel faaaar away

Today I wish to invite you into a practice of restoring your energy and being in loving touch with yourself and the earth. To truly fill up your own cup! It is a somatic meditation guided by the voice and songs of me (Eva Maria).

Because darlings... If you have those morning where you wake up and your energy account already is in minus OR you wake up fine, but after 10 minutes on your phone, or one interaction — you’re suddenly drained and slightly grumpy again. Fluxuating like hell... It's doesn't have to be like that. This does not have to be your normal. You deserve to wake up feeling ready for the day. To feel renewed by the night and enthusiastic for new adventures. To feel curious and connected to your life force vitality.

Not just momentarily - but as a baseline in life.

Most likely, you’ve been taught to push and please instead of restore and receive.

Being a bit overextended constantly & at the same time quickly giving away whatever energy you have. Which keeps your system in constant minus or in huge fluxuations.

Right now, something powerful is happening.

Stinging Nettle is pushing up through the cold soil. Under the snow. Strong. Mineral-rich. Alive.

Nettle arrives exactly when we need rebuilding - after a long winter, but before spring fully shows her blooming presence.

She stings — teaching healthy boundaries. She nourishes deeply — rebuilding what is depleted. She strengthens the blood and the body.

And together, we work with Nettle as a doorway.

Not just to drink a tea. But to practice restoring your energy in a way that actually stays.

In my Restore & Receive – Nettle Masterclass, I will guide you to:

– Call your energy home – Stop leaking it in every direction – Receive nourishment — physically and energetically – Work with Nettle as both physical and energetic medicine – A practice to step out of constant minus-energy and into steady vitality

It’s a grounded, somatic practice you can return to — with a plant that grows right outside your door.

If you’re ready to stop waiting for your energy to magically return —

Join the Nettle Masterclass here → and truly fill up your cup (pun intended😆)

Now is the time 🌱
