Today I wish to invite you into a practice of restoring your energy and being in loving touch with yourself and the earth. To truly fill up your own cup! It is a somatic meditation guided by the voice and songs of me (Eva Maria).

Because darlings... If you have those morning where you wake up and your energy account already is in minus OR you wake up fine, but after 10 minutes on your phone, or one interaction — you’re suddenly drained and slightly grumpy again. Fluxuating like hell... It's doesn't have to be like that. This does not have to be your normal. You deserve to wake up feeling ready for the day. To feel renewed by the night and enthusiastic for new adventures. To feel curious and connected to your life force vitality.
